Merger & Acquisitions

Bennett’s Creek Nursery, a Suffolk based wholesale nursery with locations in Isle of Wight,
Williamsburg and Currituck, has acquired the former Heritage Plantation, a 12-acre greenhouse
and nursery facility in the Pungo area of Virginia Beach. After renovating the site, the nursery
will open a wholesale distribution center later this spring.
